For many people, that means delving into BDSM, an umbrella term for any activity falling under the categories of bondage/discipline, dominance/submission, and sadism/masochism. Across the United States, people are very into the idea of trying BDSM with a partner: in a survey of 4,175 Americans, Justin Lehmiller, Ph.D., a research fellow at the Kinsey Institute, found that Sado maso ‘s the kink somebody fantasized about the most.
